Manga Classics: Les Miserables

Do you love a good classic? Are you someone who doesn't enjoy reading? Do you like the manga style? If you answered yes to any of these then this is a book for you! The Manga Classic series takes the classics that you may know and love, and twists them in a manga style that will appeal to anyone, even the most uncertain of readers.

Les Miserables tells the story written so well by Victor Hugo through very detailed, expressive illustrations and in the traditional manga style. If you have never read manga before you are in for a real treat. These books read like a comic but from right to left rather than left to right. Start at the end and end at the beginning. This may be a stretch for some of you more traditional readers, however variety is the spice of life and this was a real treat for me to read.

You will laugh, you will cry, you will absolutely love the illustrations. It is a fun and exciting read for anyone who wants the classics with the perfect twist. Pick up your own copy today! I definitely give it 4 out of 5 stars!

I am grateful to NetGalley and the publisher who allowed me the pleasure of reading the manga for free in exchange for my honest review.
